Stop the Avalanche and organize your front hall closet!

We've all been there. You open your front hall closet and an avalanche of stuff falls on you. Earlier this week, I posted on my Instagram and Facebook pages a photo of my front hall closet (yes, we all get a little dis-organized once in a while!) Here is the before picture:

Closet Before

As part of my spring cleaning and organizing, I decide to tackle this closet. It was A LOT easier then I thought it would be. I wanted to share with you all how easy this actually is and how it can be done in 2 easy steps.

1. Buy Bins - I bought these amazing bins from Ikea. They are large, deep and come in a variety of colours. Most of all, they fit perfectly on my shelf1

2. Put "stuff" in bins - All that 'stuff' you see sitting on your top shelf? Yes - now is the perfect time to go through and donate items you no longer use. Of the items you are keeping - simply load up the bins!

Here is my after pic!

Closet After

Yes, It is that easy. I try to keep things simple and easy. This is one of the simplest things you can accomplish and your closet will look 100 times  cleaner and more organized! And best of all, you won't have to worry about that avalanche every time you open the closet doors:)
